Nina Behmanesh was born on July 24th, 1992 in Mississauga, Ontario. Since the age of 3, she started drawing and making art. After watching the first episode of Sailor Moon subbed for the first time, she quickly gained an interest in the Japanese language, then the culture, then soon considered visiting Japan. In the summer of 2015, she has interned for ICC Japan, working for two Max Mirai producers. After coming back to Canada for a few months, she knew her journey wasn’t over yet. She soon obtained a Working Holiday Visa for Japan, and worked for many teaching jobs. After the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and a few years later, she is now working as a sales project designer for a textile company.
